Campers may not move into sites before May1st at 3am. (No Compound Camping Allowed)
ARRIVAL
check in at the ticket office near the Grandstand to receive you camping permit and have you power switched on.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Green Restrooms and Block Restrooms are available 24/7 during the Event.

Have your ticket and email conformation to ease the check in process.

Cash and check and credit in office, Credit online.
AT THE EVENT REGISTRATION
Registration and check in will take place at the ticket office.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds after April 15 of current year.
REENTRY POLICY
After 3pm all entrants will need to pay for parking or have a parking pass.
EXCHANGE/TRANSFER POLICY
no exchange or transfer.

LOST TICKET?
If you have lost your ticket, you can go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your ticket. If you lost the confirmation email and all your ticket details, please contact the event organizer.
